At Dawn Hiker, each item is made especially for you. We believe in thoughtful, sustainable production — which means we don’t hold large inventories or accept general returns. However, we’re committed to making sure you love what you receive.


❌ We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges

Please double-check your size before ordering — each item is printed just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Sizing issues

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong color/style selection

Refer to our size guide on each product page before purchasing.


✅ We’ll Make It Right If…

If your item arrives with any of the following:

  • Defective or damaged printing

  • Wrong item received

  • Major sizing error from production

We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost.

Email us at contact@dawnhikerapparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A short description

Once approved, we’ll ship out a new item as quickly as possible.


📦 Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first. If it still hasn’t shown up after a few days, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
